Staying at this hotel was a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities were exceptional, including the private facilities and in-room breakfast. the service provided by the staff was impeccable, attending to every need with great care.

There was a minor issue with the Restaurant. Although the menu was diverse and offered delicious options, the prices were quite high.

The location near Marble Arch was perfect for exploring the city, with Mayfair and Marylebone just a few minutes away. The staff at the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The lack of connected rooms, which could be inconvenient for families or groups traveling together. the emphasis on the Japanese restaurant was disappointing as hotel guests were often refused due to the restaurant being supposedly fully booked, despite it being nearly empty.

Conveniently located near Marble Arch underground station, with easy access to bus stops for exploring landmarks and shopping areas. Well-equipped with amenities like hair dryers, juice, and milk. Comfortable beds and top-notch vanity sets ensure a pleasant stay.

Felt very relaxed, no reason to complain.

We loved staying at this hotel! The hotel facilities are clean, modern, and beautifully designed with a Japanese aesthetic. The location is great, as it's close to Tube stations and within walking distance to Tokii restaurant and Hyde park. We appreciated the complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar, and the breakfast was delicious when ordered from the menu.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring the Oxford St area and visiting local attractions. The room was fantastic and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. The bathroom was also impressive, with a TV at the end of the bath. The staff provided excellent service, from the helpful concierge to the attentive restaurant staff. The breakfast was delicious, with eggs cooked to perfection. it was a great stay with plenty of amenities and a central location.

The cleaning of the room could have been better, as some leftovers from previous guests were found and the shampoo bottle was already used.

Really good hotel with amazing service. We had a lovely dinner at TOKii with perfect service from the staff. The attention to detail in the rooms was amazing and housekeeping did a great job. we highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious, well-maintained rooms with nice amenities like mini bar, bathtub, and Malin & Goetz toiletries. Courteous, attentive staff; friendly and efficient check-in and check-out. Great breakfast options and attentive breakfast staff. Lovely lounge area with comfortable seating and delicious refreshments.
